Return & Refund Policy
- If the product is defective / damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery, please contact us within the return window (as defined below) through the customer care no +8801841345600 or email info@pentagonint.com. Product will be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition. Please see the detailed terms in the relevant category below.
- Please note that some products in specific category are not eligible for return if the product is “No longer needed” as defined below.
- During return customer must include the product the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box.
- If the product was delivered in a second layer of Pentagon pack, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping form. Customer is advised not to put any tape or stickers or write on the manufacturer’s box.
- In case of a valid return claim Pentagon will either replace it within in 15 – 30 days depending on the suppliers terms and conditions or refund the amount within 15- 30 days as per the financial institution terms and conditions.
- If a product is returned to Pentagon in an inadequate condition (not complying any of the above condition), Pentagon reserve the right to reject the claim.

If you have received a non-returnable item that is defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Issuance of Refunds
If your product is eligible for a refund, the shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.
The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method and number of financial institution involved which may take 15-30 business days.
Please note that all refunds can only be carried out in domestic currency i.e. BDT.
